We produce and grow livestock and crops as our life’s work, and we take great satisfaction in knowing that our cattle are fed a balanced, nutritional diet which insures their best health.
Cattle were created to eat grass, hay and other forages, our cattle are NOT corn fattened!
We work with a professional nutritionalist who helps us meet the needs of each animal at all levels of development.
Calves are purchased from a reputable dairy farm at 2 days old and raised through finish on our farm by our family.
Our beef are harvested and packaged at Cedar Road Meats in Iron Ridge, WI which is an inspected USDA facility.

A quarter beef purchase typically includes a mix of steaks, roasts and ground beef, along with some additional cuts like stew meat, short ribs, and brisket. The exact cuts and quantities varies depending on your order.
Our beef is sold at $4.00 per pound hanging weight. Processing is paid separately to Cedar Road Meats.

With a half beef purchase, you typically receive both a front quarter and hint quarter, resulting in a variety of cuts like steaks, roasts, ground beef, and sometimes organs like liver, heart and tongue. The exact breakdown and weight can vary. The cuts of meat and amount of ground beef per package is customizable.
